Know yourself and love yourself,

If you are of value, the envious will come and fight to rid you of that value,

It is for you to decide if you let them.

You hold the key to your destiny.

Only when you believe in yourself and love yourself, you become indestructible.

Stand up to bullies and fight for your rights.

Do not apologize for standing up for yourself.

Have no fear. Open your mouth and speak up! 

God will deal with those who believe they can devour you.

Let no-one bully you into submission or cow you down.

When your enemies retaliate, and try to punish you for fighting for rights,

Let the world know WHO and WHEN; expose their immoral behavior. 

Do not apologize for standing up for yourself.

Those who feel less than you will try to break you down, 

Those who feel inferior to you will try to humble you,

They will try to take your confidence, so that they can rise above you and bury you.

It is for you to know yourself, LOVE YOURSELF. Know that you are Number 1. 

Know that no man stands above you. ONLY GOD is above you. 

Do not take the gospel of an individual simply based upon credentials.

Some are deceivers who do not live by words they preach. 

Many of them are just bullies like the ones you had in primary school only much older. 

You do not owe anyone your respect simply because they are older than you.

They could be a vampire, stalker, terrorist, rapist, criminal. Age makes no difference.

Love and respect those who reciprocate that love and respect to you.

Have the backs of those who have your back.

And do not be afraid to burn bridges with those who don’t.

Make sure that you make time for yourself every single day you are alive,

Work, play and have pleasure. Do not allow anyone to take away your happiness.

You are a prize, you are a treasure, you are special.

You are a gift from God and he loves you just the way you are.
